🏗️ Your role

You will work closely with our founders to own key business processes end-to-end. You’ll be a force multiplier for any project you’re on and ideally you’d learn how to own all operations and step into the COO position. You’ll firefight and fix any problem.

Examples of areas you’d take ownership of:

• 👋 Hiring: Create and improve parts of the hiring process so that we build the most talent-dense company in Australia
• 🏦 Finances: Negotiate key contracts, set up spend management, learn parts of the CFO role
• ⚙️ Operations: A combination of firefighting and unique, open-ended problems related to product feature releases
